Drop the needle
on something real.
Twelve thousand records on the wall, cleaned and graded by hand. Dig the crates, cue up the listening station, or reserve online and pick it up warm off the turntable.
This week’s new arrivals.
Fresh off the wall this week, cleaned and graded by hand. Tap the heart to drop one on your hold list.
Fifty crates dug every week, so the wall never sits still.
We buy collections off Toronto doorsteps every day the shop is open. Everything gets play graded, ultrasonically cleaned and sleeved before it earns a spot on the wall. That is why regulars check back every Saturday.

Reviews
What the neighbourhood plays.
“Found a first pressing I had been chasing for years, priced fairly and cleaned beautifully. The staff actually know their stock instead of just scanning barcodes.”
The stuff people ask at the counter.
Do you buy used records and whole collections?
We do, every day the shop is open. Bring a crate to the counter for an on the spot offer, or email us a photo list for anything over one hundred records and we will book a time to look through it. We pay cash or store credit, and store credit always gets you more.
Can I reserve a record online and pick it up in store?
Yes. Add a title to your hold list on this page and we will pull it from the wall and keep it behind the counter for seventy two hours. You pay when you come in, so there is no risk if it turns out not to be your thing once you see the sleeve.
Are your used records graded and cleaned before they hit the wall?
Every used record is play graded by a human, ultrasonically cleaned and sleeved in a fresh anti static inner. The grade is written on the price tag using standard Goldmine grading, so you know the condition before the needle ever drops.
Do you ship, or is it in store only?
The hold list is pickup only so you can inspect before you buy, which is how we like to sell records. For out of town collectors we do ship carefully packed sealed and near mint titles on request. Message us with the title and your postal code for a quote.
Can I listen before I buy?
Always. We keep two listening stations by the front window with proper headphones. Ask anyone behind the counter to cue up a record and take your time. No pressure, no clock, that is the whole point of a record shop.
Where are you and is there parking?
We are on Dundas West near Ossington in Toronto. There is Green P parking one block north, metered spots along Dundas, and the 505 streetcar stops right outside the door. Most of our regulars just walk in on the way home.
Put a record on hold.
We pull it off the wall and keep it behind the counter for seventy two hours. Pay when you come in and give it a spin first. No deposit, no pressure.
